KIND COUNSELLING HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy can help you be the best version of yourself.
At Kind Counselling I am a trained hypnotherapist and member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (MHS).
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy. It uses the power of your subconscious mind to help you achieve positive life changes.
Because of this, hypnotherapy can help you naturally resolve issues that might be preventing you from reaching your full potential. The reason for this is that hypnotherapy is a relaxation technique that helps you enter a focused state. From here, the hypnotherapist can bypass your conscious mind and speak directly to and offer suggestions to your subconscious mind. This is where all your memories, knowledge and beliefs are stored.
Heal your past, embrace your present and create your future.
WHAT TO EXPECT.
Hypnotherapy is a very personal process, so your hypnotic trance experience will always be unique. Most commonly, however, you’ll experience it as a daydream or a meditation. You can therefore expect to be relaxed, but also aware of what is going on around you.
Whatever your experience, it’s important to know you will always be in control. A hypnotherapist can’t tell you to do anything you don’t want to.
As well as this, if, for any reason, you want to end the session, you will be immediately able to do so.
“Combined with my counselling skills, hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that helps you make positive changes.”
Sarah.
What Hypnotherapy can help with:
3 hypnotherapy facts you probably never knew!
- Hypnosis is actually a normal state. It’s very similar to how you might feel when you’re fully engaged in something. For example, like when you’re absorbed in a book or film or driving a familiar route.
- You are in control. Hypnotherapy is very much a meditative tool and, like meditation, helps your mind calm down. In turn, you can dive deeper into your body’s own intelligence as you can think more clearly. Hypnotherapy therefore helps you make better choices.
- You can learn to hypnotise yourself. It’s true! You can learn to put yourself in a state where you bypass your conscious mind. If you want to know more about this, get in touch.
